The 44s play the music of the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s. They are highly experienced musicians who give excellent value for money.

The 44s are:

The 44s draw their material mainly from the music of the late 50s and the 60s. All the popular hits from The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Kinks, The Everly Brothers, Buddy Holly, Johnny Kidd and the Pirates, The Monkees, Bill Haley, Eddie Cochran, The Searchers, The Small Faces and The Who, to name but a few.

The 44s also include favorites from the 70s, 80s and 90s in their sets with numbers from acts such as The Police, Fleetwood Mac, the LAs and Eric Clapton.

Between them The 44s have amassed a wide range of musical experience with literally hundreds of engagements under their belts from work in the U.K. and Europe. They have played alongside a host of artists including Steve Winwood, Ruby Turner, The Steve Gibbons Band, King Pleasure and The Biscuit Boys, Big Man Clayton, Mike Sanchez and Ricky Cool.

As well as being co-musicians to the above artists, individual members of The 44s have appeared on BBC TV (Pebble Mill at One), BBC Midlands (Look Hear), Central TV (Central Weekend Live), local and national radio (Paul Jones Blues Show on Radio 2), Russian TV and performed at Wembley Arena, the N.E.C., Birmingham Town Hall, The Marquee Club, The 100 Club, Ronnie Scott's and countless country and blues festivals across Europe.
